About

A bit about me

I'm a full stack developer based in Panamá with over four years of experience building web and mobile applications. I currently work at BlueCore, crafting mobile banking apps for the financial sector with Ionic and Angular, before that I spent three years at Etyalab shipping web products with Vue, React and Next.js.

I work across the stack with TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL, and lately I've been building AI-powered side projects like a gym routine manager with vision-based equipment recognition and a voice-first app for practicing spoken English. As a full stack developer, I enjoy working with a wide range of tools and technologies, and I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge. Being able to work with projects that actually change people's lives is a dream come true to me.

Outside of code: I enjoy sports, pop culture movies, tv shows, and video games. I'm a big fan of football, enjoy watching italian Serie A matches and playing FIFA (or A.K.A nowadays as EA Sports FC lol) with friends. Also, I like reading books, or listening to audiobooks lately.

Quiniela Fifa World Cup 2025

This project is a full-stack web app for playing and guessing the results of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It is built with Next.js, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js. The app uses a Neon.com postgresql database for storing the results of the matches and the user’s guesses. The app also uses vercel for hosting and deployment. The project is open-source and available on GitHub.

Gym Routine Manager screenshotLive

Gym Routine Manager

This is a full-stack web app for building and managing personalized gym routines, powered by AI. Users create weekly routines organized by muscle groups, then use the built-in AI analyzer to identify gym machines from a photo — Claude Vision recognizes the equipment, lists the muscles it targets, and generates step-by-step exercises. Analyzed machines are automatically surfaced inside the relevant routine days based on muscle group matching.

Chatterly

Chatterly is a voice-first web app that helps users practice spoken English through real-time AI conversations. Users speak directly into the browser — their audio is transcribed via Groq Whisper, processed by a LLaMA 3.3 70B model, and replied to using Azure Neural Text-to-Speech — creating a natural, immersive dialogue loop.
