Property Historical App

Full-stack app for tracking property maintenance history: repairs, improvements, and changes, with file attachments and recurring reminders. Backend built with NestJS + Drizzle ORM + PostgreSQL, frontend with React + Vite + TailwindCSS/shadcn, JWT auth, and S3 file storage. Deployed on Railway (API), Vercel (frontend), and Neon (DB).
